Return Policy — Going Out of Business     11-2025

All Sales Are Final.

Because we are closing our business, we cannot accept any returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. No exceptions.

Incorrect Items Only

If we send the wrong item, we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

If you choose not to keep an item sent in error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

All packages are insured through USPS and protected through Route Package Protection (if selected at checkout).
Any claims for damaged, lost, or stolen packages must be filed directly with the respective carrier or protection service. Claims may take up to (but are not limited to) 30 days to process through those parties.

 

International Orders

We do not offer international sales.
