Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Weekends and holidays are not included as business days. During periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Shipping insurance is available as an optional through Route purchase at checkout . If a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers should file claims directly with the carrier or through shipping insurance.


We take great care in packaging orders securely, but damages during transit may still occur. All packages are insured for up to $100 in damages through USPS. Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed with USPS and may take up to 30 days or longer to process.
